Jupiter : Guru or Brihaspati - is the wise teacher of your Kundali.
Jupiter is about expansion, growth, wisdom. Also about dharma, higher learning, prosperity and faith. While it is often connected with wealth, it also reminds you the purpose of it all beyond the material. I always say Jupiter is more about abundance than wealth. Do you understand the difference?

Jupiter is about expansion, so it magnifies both strengths and weaknesses. Jupiter is also known to do sthaan haani in the house it sits in, but we will talk about it in another article (the sthaan haani is not to be feared, only learned).
To understand Guru is to understand your inner compass and value system.
